Project Overview
The Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce engaged Eventbase to produce their annual Leadership Gala Dinner — a black-tie awards evening for 500 of the region's most influential business leaders. The brief required a complete transformation of the Avani ballroom into a world-class gala environment within a single day.
The Creative Vision
Our design team conceived an "Elegant Gold & Midnight" theme — deep navy draping from floor to ceiling, gold centrepiece installations, bespoke floral arrangements, and a custom LED ceiling canopy of 4,000 individual lights that created a dramatic starfield effect above the dining floor.
