Project Overview
Eventbase was appointed as the full production partner for BIG ASS Band's Khon Kaen concert date — an 8,000-capacity outdoor show at KKU Sports Complex. The production scope covered everything from stage design and rigging to crowd management and artist hospitality.
Production Scope
- Main stage: 24m wide × 14m deep custom truss structure with dual B-stages
- Lighting: 280 moving heads, 120 LED wash fixtures, 48 beam lights, full haze system
- Sound: L-Acoustics K2 line array system, 160,000W total system power
- LED screen: 3 screens totalling 240m² of high-resolution LED
- Crowd management: 6 barrier zones with trained crowd safety stewards
- Artist logistics: Dressing rooms, hospitality, security, and dedicated production runner team
Challenges
- Outdoor venue with no permanent infrastructure — full rigging from scratch
- 8-hour load-in window with a 12-truck production convoy
- Weather contingency plan required (outdoor August event)
- Coordinating with RS Music's touring production team
